I don't know about you, but life has been a little on the stressful side around here lately and when I get stressed I really have to work on my attitude. So to combat the internal pity parties I'm trying to think, "Ok so how can we make this situation better?" And I'm finding even making little changes help; like dusting one shelf, or putting out new candles and a strand of twinkle lights (inspired by Rachel's), you know small stuff like that. These changes take little time and really help keep it all from piling up. However the one I'm really having to work on is how can we have Thanksgiving with no oven? My favorite dishes to make all require an oven. Even so, I think I'll try making mini pumpkin muffins in the toaster oven, because I just have to have those!
