Above are a few glimpses into my book Water Paper Paint including shots of a comprehensive chapter about Palettes and also one of the very first projects I wrote, Painting an Arrangement. It's one of my faves. (We do know how I like to arrange things.)
And isn't Rachel's photography in the book just beautiful? Her expertise for how to shoot the process photos and the art itself made me feel confident in how the work was being portrayed. Plus she was so good at understanding my iterations when my brain was occupied with all the art making, writing, and the fact that the camera was only a few inches away from where I was painting! :)
