Whenever I walk downtown this particular antique shop window always stops me because the arrangements are like still-life paintings. I always think, "I should take a few pictures here" and never do, for no particular reason, until today.
This morning at our artists' gathering Christy showed us the site for Lisa Hannigan and her artistically inspired videos. In particular the video for "I don't know" {which makes me want to do room-sized installation work} and then the video for "Lille" {which makes me think about the power of a story.} Whenever I visit Christy's home I feel like I'm stepping onto a sunbeam. It's true.
